RISE Funding for the Arts in Moncrieff

In Broadbeach today, Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts, the Hon Paul Fletcher MP and Member for Moncrieff, Angie Bell announed funding for Gold Coast events. Major Events Gold Coast (MEGC) and Cross Promotions International received federal government funding through the RISE funding to support events that will assist the local economy.

Ms Bell said “This is welcome news for the central Gold Coast where events play a major role in our local economy.  I look forward to attending both events in the coming months and our cafe’s and restaurant precincts buzzing with visitors and locals.”
