It’s certainly been a tough start to 2020 for the Gold Coast. Thank you for the personal sacrifices that you have made to save lives and keep our city safe. As we keep social distancing in place, life as we know it has changed and it’s important that we continue to remain vigilant. We are fighting this crisis not only on the health front, but also on the economic front. It’s been wonderful to see the Gold Coast community come together during this time to support local business which is so vital for our economic recovery.
It has been a great privilege to represent you since being elected just over one year ago and I wish to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your voice in Canberra, especially during this unprecedented time.
